Hailing from Southampton, this passionate fishing family combines a love for the sport with over 30 years of experience, competing and sharing their adventures across the UK.

- Vessel: Squidward 3 - a Beneteau Antares 8, powered by a 250 HP Suzuki Kuro engine.
- Home Port: Southampton
- Fishing Focus: Bass, Tope, Sharks, and Rays using bait and lure techniques.
- Achievements: Winners of the Tope Fishing Competition in Scotland and participants in prestigious tournaments like the Sea Angling Classic and the Boat Life Championship.
The Mckell family actively represents top brands like Lowrance, Suzuki, and Shimano. They not only compete but also host social fishing events, fostering a vibrant fishing community with up to 20 boats participating.
In addition, Squidward 3 is equipped with the OLAS N2K system, using its helm tag feature to ensure they stay connected to the engine at all times via the wireless kill cord system. This cutting-edge technology provides enhanced safety and peace of mind during their fishing adventures.
