Ultimate Sports Engineering Ltd Warranty Agreement

Covering Exposure Marine & Exposure OLAS Products

1. Warranty Coverage

All products manufactured and sold by Ultimate Sports Engineering Ltd under the Exposure Marine and Exposure OLAS brands are covered by a two (2) year limited warranty from the date of original purchase.

This warranty protects against defects in materials or workmanship that arise under normal use and service conditions.

A valid proof of purchase (e.g. dated receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) is required to make a warranty claim.

2. Warranty Service Procedure

If your product was purchased through an authorised retailer or distributor, please contact them first to arrange inspection or repair.

If the retailer is unable to assist, or the product was purchased directly from Exposure Marine, please contact our technical support team at hello@exposuremarine.com for further guidance.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Product name and model

  • Serial number (if applicable)

  • Proof of purchase

  • Description of the fault (photos or videos if available)

3. Warranty Terms and Conditions

  • This warranty applies only to products designed and manufactured by or for Ultimate Sports Engineering Ltd and sold under the Exposure Marine or Exposure OLAS brands.

  • At its discretion, Ultimate Sports Engineering Ltd will repair or replace any product or component found to be defective.

  • Shipping costs to return the product for inspection may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

  • Repaired or replacement products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days from the date of return, whichever is longer.

4. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, or fading

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, or unauthorised modification

  • Water ingress due to failure to maintain seals or misuse outside the stated IP rating

  • Damage caused by incorrect electrical installation, power surges, or incompatible connections

  • Products used for rental, testing, or commercial applications beyond their intended duty cycle

5. Limitations of Liability

Ultimate Sports Engineering Ltd’s liability is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective products under this warranty.
The company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of time, income, or data.

6. Legal Rights

This warranty grants you specific legal rights. You may also have other statutory rights that vary by country or region.
